The SL80 series magnetostrictive liquid level gauge is a high-precision liquid level measurement product that has been widely used in process liquid level measurement. The pulse transceiver inside the transmitter sends pulses along the waveguide wire and generates a circular magnetic field on its surface, which meets the magnetic field of the permanent magnet steel of the floating ball that changes with the liquid level, causing magnetic field superposition, changing the lattice spacing of the waveguide wire, and emitting guided wave distortion pulses. The pulse signal is fed back to the pulse transceiver along the waveguide wire. Based on the time difference between the transmission and reception of the pulse, the liquid level height can be accurately measured and converted into an electrical signal output for remote control. The accuracy of this product is not affected by changes in dielectric constant, temperature, or pressure, making it a high-precision and easy to maintain product.
